Spicy Mator Meatloaf

A meatloaf with  Spicy Mator Mix.

  • 1 can(s) Ro*Tel®
  • 4 cup(s) Spicy Mator Mix
  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic
  • 2 cup(s) bread crumbs
  • 1 can(s) corn
  • cayenne pepper
  • salt
  • black pepper

Spicy Mator Meatloaf Directions

  1. Drain the juice from one can of Ro*Tel® and pour in a small sauce pan.
    Add 2 cups Spicy Mator Mix. Cook on medium heat until the mixture is the consistency of thick salsa stirring very often.
    Meanwhile mix one pound ground beef, 3 eggs, 1 table spoon garlic, two cups bread crumbs, one can of corn, two cups Spicy Mator Mix in a bowl.
    Season with Cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
    Once well mixed add to casserole dish suitable for meatloaf. Your choice, shallow or deep are both great.
    Fill the dish with the meat and cover the meat with the thickened sauce.
    Bake covered at 375 for 25 minutes.
    Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until the center of the meatloaf is 165 degrees and the edges are bubbling.
    Add bacon when ever possible.
