Refunds and replacement orders will be handled on a case by case basis at the seller’s discretion.  Please use the “contact us” tab to report any and all issues. 

Please allow up to 2 business days after payment has cleared for product to be shipped out.  All payments are made through PayPal; therefore we are not liable for any issues with billing.
